Location

The practice is located at Domselaerstraat 92 in Amsterdam. The location is easily accessible, there are (paid) parking spaces in the street, and Amsterdam Muiderpoort railway station is a 5-minute walk away. There are also several tram and bus stops within walking distance.

On some days, I work at a different location in Buitenveldert. If you would prefer to come to that location, please let me know.

Complaints procedure

Of course, I do my utmost to provide high-quality care. However, for whatever reason, you may have a complaint about me as a therapist, my conduct, or the sessions. I would like to discuss your dissatisfaction or complaint with you first. Perhaps there has been a misunderstanding and we can resolve it together if you let me know what you are dissatisfied with or what you would like to see changed.

If the situation does not allow for this or if we cannot resolve the issue together, you can contact a complaints officer. There is no charge for this service.

By clicking on the online complaint form, you will be taken to the form where you can describe your complaint and answer a number of questions. The complaints officer will work with you to determine the exact nature of the complaint, help you formulate the complaint or dissatisfaction, and investigate what exactly you want to achieve with the complaint. They will consider whether a three-way conversation with the therapist is possible in order to resolve the complaint.

If this ultimately does not lead to the resolution of your complaint or dissatisfaction, you have the option of submitting the complaint to the disputes committee of the Foundation for Complementary and Alternative Healthcare for a ruling. (SCAG)
